I was excited to go in as I am an aspiring vegan. I had asked about the meaning of the restaurant name and was met with “it’s just a name”. There was then a plate brought out that had a small dead cockroach on it. I took it back to the counter pointing to it. I was given a blank stare and they never brought it up again. Food and drink was satisfactory but ambience and sense of vegan community/branding was lacking. No “thank you” on the way out. Disappointed all round but I do wish them well. Being a vegan establishment is not easy and I wish them good health and prosperity.
