Old Penang Casa Lagenda Hotel

Not bad, but need more improvements mainly on the rooms toilet I guess...no mirror, too small & wifi only can be accessible on the main hotel area...

Affordable if want cheaper places to sleep for the night. The room is quite big for 2 single bed. However the deco is not 5 star hotel level. So, don't expect too much. But it is comfortable if you want to sleep. And don't expect high class hotel service. You won't get it.

Horror hostel...hotel....whatever!. cheap! RM60 but better to pay bit expensive then stay in this smelly & dirty room. can't bread at all. smells like carcass from the ceiling. the carpet is too old and dirty. there are some dirty colour from curtain, the edge of carpet and the floor make you imagine scary gost like in horror movie. my friends in other room even move from their room because strange happened, the curtain suddenly fell down by it self. the bathroom more terrible. whoever has this business seems not too serious handle it. they should be better without spend much money. i gave 3 stars to appriciate the staff. at least they have good employee.

Regards bad receptions service that I have received on 8.9.2019 around 10-10.30 pm. I have waited on the lobby about 10 or more minute and press the bell 2 time before the receptions (zubir) if i not mistaken. He came sit on the counter without explain, smile or say sorry because he late/not on the counter to entertain/ check me in. When i ask about wifi password and remote tv, he just point it on the table without making eye contact and said that every room on the hotel don't have remote control. After i failed to log in wifi password, I came down lobby to asked for his assistance about wifi, He just open youtube on his phone and say ' I have internet coverage' without checking my phone to fix the internet wifi. This was really a bad experienced for me and a really bad image for your hotel and hope that you can improve on that aspect.

Price RM 58 is reasonable for a single room. But sadly, the room given to me has not been cleaned since the last tenant checked out. Bed not made, rubbish bin full and dirty towels hang on the rack. The reception immediately gave me a replacement room.
