The receptionist was very rude. My brother booked the appointment at 230 pm and when they reached at 2 pm, the door still locked. So my brother and mum waited in the car because it was raining outside. And the rude nurse came out, knocked at the car mirror and shouted at them, “don’t park here” It was their first time and the main door was locked of course my brother didn’t know where to park as there is not parking sign board. After they went in and took the number. When the rude receptionist lady called the queue number and my mum straight walked in to the room. Again the rude recep shouted at my mum, “Aunty stand and wait outside” Totally No manners and super rude. If anyone wants to visit Master Ang, don’t have to go early as the door will not open until very last minute.
