This is my experience going to the CIMB Bank Tanah Merah during PKP February 2021 to renew my expired debit card. The bank follows the SOP and implemented the protocol well. Everyone that going to the bank counter need to que up but in comfortable condition. The bank also provide chair for every que since it might took long time for every services. This is so convenient especially there are lot of elderly and some pregnant woman comes to the bank this time.

Today 25/10 / 2020..Yes, sir, a lot of people, I want to change the card because I was divorced from Tesco, who is a victim of me and other users..I can't get Bpn 0.2..The mistake of the card will be byr. .Walau xde kena mengena komen ini utk kenangan masa dpn .., 😂😂😂
