A reliable seller from my experience. Stumbled upon this store while searching for the cheapest Arabic Gum on shopping sites. Bought directly from them, whatsapp & paid as instructed. My second purchase of 3kg Arabic gum powder via online shopping site. Whatsapp abt the broken plastic seals with pics, & they couriered new ones within the same day, & I returned on the next day. Found 'black' sediments unlike the sample I tried with my 1st purchase. When offered, I chose replacement over refund, pending new stock arrival. Am happy with my replacement, which I got after more than a month. I only reminded them once in case they forgot abt me.
