Also known as Pencawang Nasi Kukus (Telco substation Steamed Rice) is a popular stall along the road to Bachok from Pengkalan Chepa. The huge telco antenna is the landmark to locate this stall. A plate of steamed rice with a piece of fried chicken with added vegetables priced at RM5 (28/1/2020). The stall usually caters to packed rice. This is one of the small village delicious staple steamed rice in this rural outskirt of Kota Baru.

If you find yourself feeling ravenous during the day in this part of Kota Bharu, the generous portion of steamed rice, 7 different types of gravy, a portion of fried chicken and a bit of cucumber will satisfy your hunger for sure. A side of coconut jelly completes the meal and will not leave you wanting for more. Because you'll be absolutely stuffed. Don't expect much from services because these are serious people serving seriously filling and delicious food.
