4.11.2019 After a while, maybe after not more than a year, I'm here again... Feel shock and really sad.. this is really a dying mall.. too many empty shop lot.. not just inside the mall, all surrounding shop lot outside all closed.. The effect of closing the Giant market really affect KBTC and surrounding.. Parkson still open. Secret recipe, the apple phone shop also still open though. These are new open shop, I bet they regret open here.. Ps: Teringat zaman ramai2 berkunjung di padang bas

Basement parking was damp, dark and eerie. The ramp is so steep you better make sure tyres and brakes are in top form. The anchor tenants are the Giant Hypermaket, which kinda run down and unkempt; and Parkson Department Stores which was sleepy and had seen better days. Aside from Mr DIY, the rest of the complex is empty and dank. Dont go here unless you dont have any other choice. Its a dead place.

Its a dying mall. There a snooker place, futsal on 8th level. A giant supermarket kn basement. Parkson on 2nd floor to 4th floor. Switch apple authorised reseller on ground floor. Not much to see, only come with purposes.

Kota Bharu is a city in Malaysia that serves as the state capital and royal seat of Kelantan. It is also the name of the territory or district in which Kota Bharu City is situated. The name means 'new city' or 'new castle/fort' in Malay. Kota Bharu is situated in the northeastern part of Peninsular Malaysia, and lies near the mouth of the Kelantan River at 6°8′N 102°15′E. The northeastern Malaysian city is close to the Thailand border. Kota Bharu is home to many mosques, various museums, the unique architecture of the old royal palaces (still occupied by the sultan and sultanah and off-limits to visitors but viewable from outside) and former royal buildings (which can be visited) in the centre of town. The City is served by Keretapi Tanah Melayu's East Coast Line at the nearby Wakaf Bharu Terminal Station, in the town of Wakaf Bharu across the Kelantan River and Sultan Ismail Petra Airport, located in Pengkalan Chepa. The most famous shopping destination in Kota Bharu is Siti Khadijah Market. Most of its vendors are women. Next to Central Market is the Kota Bharu Trade Centre (KBTC) which was opened in August 2009, with Parkson and Giant Hypermarket as the anchor tenants for the mall. Other shopping centres in Kota Bharu are the KB Mall, Kota Seri Mutiara, Pantai Timur, The Store and the Nirwana Maju (in Bandar Baru Kubang Kerian). A new Tesco hypermarket opened in 2008. In March 2010, the Mydin Mall in Bandar Baru Kubang Kerian opened. AEON Mall in Lembah Sireh opened in April 2016. A new Giant Hypermarket hypermarket located in Bandar Baru Tunjong will be opened by mid-2016, as well as a Mydin store at Al-Waqf Mall in Bandar Baru Tunjong by 2017.
