Boat arrived late and bad planning. Made us wait 45 minutes. Go for Nurul boat services, they are much better.

I called Al Ameen to organize the transfer from Redang to Merang jetty on my vacation's way back home and, as I found his service just on internet, I was afraid something wrong could happen. Instead the communication was very easy and punctual simply via whatsup, he kept me informed on whatever possible delay of the boat arrival, the boat service was excelllent and he also took care of pre-booking a taxi from the jetty to the airport. I really recommend Al Ameen boat services. Just be prepared you may get wet if there are some waves, i suggest to bring and wear a waterproof jacket.
