The only bus terminal in town

Never use this company. They make sure to screw you out of your money and you trip. This is the worst bus company i ever used. I had brought a ticket for to and fro which they can cancelled the trip without reason AND their "CUSTOMER SERVICE - HELEN" is not helpful at all and very rude, her attitude totally hopeless. Their business is incredibly poorly run. Strongly wouldn't recommend it.

Avoid driving With them. Our driver was absolutely insane, almost crashed twice from Sibu to miri.. Unfriendly and seriously dangerous!

Call counter saying bus is at 8. Up to the counter, say xada bus pkul 8. See table at 7:45. Call time is 7:45 pm. Ask again reconfrm, talk already road, say xada on bus 7:45. Which one is right. Nak cover tp x smart. The next time you drive the bus, don't say anything! This is the week before 10. Dh lah xcukup tido smata mata nk pkai bas ni! This is bad.
