I asked about decor for small event and was promised to get a reply from their friendly but I guess they should work on their customer service. Maybe it was a small event they don't really cater. I was actually planning to use them for my wedding in the future but I guess I wont proceed since the service is not at satisfactory level. They have great decor but too bad, they should not ignore small details like this. So disappointing.

The services are THE WORSTT. The decoration items by them are so dirty as i think they didnt even wash it! The light also didnt function well. Please think twice if you want to choose this organizer for ur wedding. TOO BAD!!!!
