This service center had been helpful in handling some issues with my Xperia phone last year. Very courteous and friendly staffs. Heard some of my other friends with TV issues saying they're very professional and well-versed. Highly recommended.

Rude and unhelpful staff (only for the male staff). Terrible warranty system, only accept hard copy receipt; checked my item's serial number and don't even bother to help me check online even I already registered my warranty online. Update: Don't even give me the service job sheet when I warranty, I was unable to track my repair status on the official website. Takes almost 3 weeks to "repair", And the problem didn't fixed at all (All they did is just update the firmware and assume the problem is fixed). EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

helpful staff, boss is nice and friendly. Clean place, worth every penny and service charge is cheap compare to other country.
