The worst chalet stayed. Staff friendly but boss not friendly and arrogant. Talk like we much want stayed here. We stay because no choice and we need to pay extra because for extra bed and shower. No electricity at the day because one of their generator breakdown. So from morning into evening we need to open door and windows. Think before u book here. And i remember the owner says it to me, they wont sell to local because local have bad habits make some trouble, but their service was bad and poor. Please i wont book here again..very bad place and owner..

They describe their rooms as a chalet of 94 meters/square with balcony and terrace with sea view, which is not. They DON'T have chalet, or bungalows. Only one building with double rooms about 12meters/square with a common terrace for access It's absolutely over priced for what is it. And the description is a scam.

If only the hotel is available on the whole island, it is better to quit because holidays in such conditions are not cool. Towels stink and are only suitable for the floor, the room is lacking wardrobe and washbasin, the whole room stinks and electricity is turned on at 16 o'clock. There is mold on the walls ... No words. And in addition, they probably do not know that there is such a thing as toilet paper

Had limited options so chose this one. Here's my experience. Tldr: nothing particularly to recommend this place but the beach is nice enough. This 130 ringgit (high season, booked direct by phone) room includes: - small room with double bed and side table - space to charge two electronics - air con unit - one window (permanently slightly open) in bedroom with curtain - small attached bathroom (shower + toilet in same room) no basin but another water faucet near the ground, toilet paper included. - 2x towels Note: this room is a moment's walk from the beach down a small mouldy corridor on the ground floor. Things you will wish it included: - WiFi - Power nearer the bed - A bug and lizard free experience ( be careful with food in your room, the ants are waiting for you) - no generator noise - continuous electricity as it's very dark without light ( this usually runs from 1 - 4pm and 6pm - 8am) - someone able to speak English / someone in charge who cares at all - cleanliness - it's pretty dirty and smells a bit mouldy, though bedsheet looks ok Surroundings - this beach is quite busy and moderately covered in dead coral, but has really nice loungers set out by other chalets that you can use if they haven't been claimed. These get taken in before 8pm. If you keep walking along, it seems you can access two more hardly inhabited beaches, one with a dive centre. There is a quite pricey restaurant just next door (Tuna Bay) and a cheaper option (Nia's) on the beach further down + maybe one other even further. Everyone does diving and scuba packages but not many people around the signs so guess you enquire with someone. You can scuba on the beach (each item for rent seems to cost 10 ringgit at the D'Raii "reception") but some of the fish seem to nip you

Visited here for one night stay. Small room with bed air con and washroom.. not acceptable for long term stay. Staff is on and helpful. Situated in quiet busy place so few restaurants good returners are near. Price is cheaper and upstair rooms running water problem. If you are looking for a cheaper and short term stay this would be ok.
