To PTA First Electrical Kg Raja I went here and it state that only 11 customer will be served and i thought the management should know how to control and delegate workers to serve customer but unfortunately no one assist us! Conclusion here : -The first seller is Not alert ❌ -Most of the seller NOT customer oriented -Not helping(org dah beli barang kita at least adalah sense utk tolong ) -No two ways communication(layan tak layan) As a customer i wont back and not recommended for people to buy electrical item at this place People expectation:I will get a good customer service Reality:Nope Baik pergi jerteh lah,walapun jauh tapi puas hati dgn layanan Maaf ya ini review jujur Terima kasih

Lots of choices, comfortable because there is aircond, staff2 also friendly..price is very reasonable

Customer service is a bit bad. Looks like people come with bad keta x service. Until entering the store x how much nk service. i prefer pegi jerteh and then even a little far.
