Salam... Its just a big disappointment for me about your doctor who on duty today Oct 6th at 11.30pm where i bring my mom who 61 years old to be treated. While im arrived there is no patient at all and i asking the nurse help to talk with the doctor to check my mom at my car where i park exactly infront of the clinic main door. The doctor refuse and asked to bring my mom inside. I have being going to many private clinic and never facing this kind of issue. All doctor will consider even at gov clinic. I have experinced going to clinic famili mantin many time and being treated nicely with many doctor. I never see him before and today such a very bad experience that i consider giving a bad image for your service. If im not mistaken the doctor name is Zarif. My mom just in pain and if not, i will bring her to other clinic coz of this doctor attitude. Also as a profesional, he also do not dress plesently where it seem like spoiling doctor image. I hope u can take necessary action while me as a client looks this issue as inmorality and hope better consideration to be given for senior citizen. I have a good image of this clinic before as a Malay and Muslim company but this experience make me extremely frustrated. Also please remind all your staff to treat all customer equally coz they might not know who is visiting your premise by the way we dress. Thank you. Salam

24-hour open and good stuff with doctor

Thank you for your comments and advice. In shaa Allah we will improve the quality of our service. More so with our resident doctor, Dr Mardhiah. We are also aware of the current economic situation, and have updated the prices of drugs to make it more affordable for everyone. We are also working on the improvement and service of the clinic staff. We greatly appreciate your support. Thank you.

Dr. Redha, Please kindly note. I hope family clinics continue to thrive. I also last to my clinic in the evening of 2015. I spent my time paying RM 95.00 and the doctor who was taking care of my eyes was over. Sorry, I wrote to see Family Clinic continue to be viable. Thank you.
