very poor facilities 1. bad toilet that always unavailable to use (no water & poor cleliness) and we have to pay for it 2. non-friendly officers 3. token machine always broken 4. this KTM looks like it stuck in the 90's (not in a good way)

Horrible officers The train was delayed so i decided to leave the station and my card was imposed with a Rm 10 penalty when i came out. And when i asked an officer why i wad given a penalty he gave stupid explanations. etc (memang macam tu, lain kali tanya dulu), Dissapointing, extremely disapointing.

This station is in dire state. Please recondition this station.

Conveniently located. However, still need further improvement, for example, there is a need to increase more parking lots and counter service.

Could be improved more especially the food
