Terrible service today on 23rd of march. Who's the rude girl (short, dark-skinned, free hair) working at the cash register at 4pm. Just fire her already. Sooner or later she'll be left with a bleeding mouth from a punch if she keeps talking like that. Most of the customers on queue were put off by her. She even forget the ice in one of a drink. Tealive is the only loser here for paying rm1k++ salary just for her to jeopardize the business reputation lol even the customers from the Boost drink shop next to them were watching. Embarassment for tealive. Dont bother asking that staff, ofcourse they wont admit it. But we customers experience it
