Very wonderful and convient place for shopping. There are some different sections. One is normal supermarket(daily produce, juice n drink, groceries...) The other is goods which famous for tourist. There are many staff helping and guiding very well. Tips: 1. Some goods are very very expensive compared with local market. They are as same as though. 2. Taking one which never been seen in the local or souvenir shop.

WORST STORE EVER!!!! DO NOT ENTER!! awful service. I gave 15 ringit for an 11 ringit purchase. the lady at the counter put it down on the receipt that I gave her 11 ringit, trying to rip me off for a measly 4 ringit, because I am a foreigner. when I complained to the manager i was treated appallingly but staff and security. half an hour later i walked out without my change. NEVER enter this horrible store, which gives the rest of Malaysia/Borneo a horrible name. Shame because the rest of Malaysia/Borneo gives wonderful, friendly service.

They sell many imported products at this Everrise. Pretty reasonable prices too, all things considered. These Voortman cookies from Canada are not much more expensive here in Malaysia than in Canada! I also bought Heinz lentil soup in a can that's from the UK - it's 99p there but 10 RM here, which I think is reasonable. I wish they had more, and better quality, bananas though.

Price wise it is expensive with not that many variety. Location wise - very strategic. Store wise - spacious and well organized.
