Trashiest private hospital in KK. 5 Days of what we thought were costs to keep our relative here and yet they do nothing but delay diagnosing and the Dr would keep delaying the appointment as he said it would "take longer to analyze" yet we went to Hospital Queen Elizabeth and they told us in no fewer than a day. Nurses here suck too they never keep record of what was done before to the patient resulting in the changing of painful tools such as the urination bag instantly when it didn't need to be changed as we were told it didn't to be changed every time but every new nurse would change it anyways resulting in our relatives discomfort and pain. My advice is to avoid this "hospital" as its only a money grab for the people who want a speedy recovery. HQE or even Glenneagles would provide better service. Better for this place to close down quickly as its expensive and ineffective in how its run.

We found the below specialist Dr Choo Ewe Chee to be unprofessional and unethical. Claims my mother has osteophytes (bone spur) and that an injection costing RM18,000 would help. However, it would only last for 3 to 4 years. Follows on with by mentioning that there was a patient who will be seeing him later in the day with the same condition and will be having the recommendation trestment. My mother was not questioned on what medications she was allergic to. She was prescribed some medications. Upon reaching home, my mother rang Dr Choo's surgery to confirm if the medications prescribed were any of the drugs she was allergic to. The front desk staff responded: "If you are unsure, just don't take them". Where has responsibility of the medcial practicioners gone? Upon hearing this, my mother contacted family members who have medical background knowledge and we were told that there is no such medical treatment of a one off injection for bony spurs. Where has the ethical code of conduct of a doctor gone? One word of advice, you will not do yourself any harm by seeking a second opinion if you do decide to come here.
