I purchased a single bed with pull out layer (two bed form) from them. Upon sending the bed, they only sent one bed frame wothout pull out unit and two mattresses. They then send me msg requests extra payment for pull out. Saying that the pull out unit not included in the purchase. ( i have paid for two mattresses, assuming the pull out unit is in the purchase) as it is the display unit in their likas showroom. I find their business is dishonest. And wish leaving this msg can help consumers to be aware of the items they order. Must double confirm with the sales person. Not a pleasant shopping experience.
