No custom carpet for weightlifting exercises. Shop on the 1st floor. You can feel the floor shake whenever the customers going the weightlifting exercises and they simply let it hit hard on the naked floor. I was horrified as i was using the treadmill when i feel the floor shaken and i can see the owner did not even care what happened or didn't even ask the customer to slow down his weightlifting as the music was so loud. No coach available to coach any weightlifting customers.. ended up the customers just do the weightlifting dangerously. Owner did not even care. Maybe because the premise was sometimes taken cared by teenager. Advises: weightlifting exercises should be on thw ground shoplot. Or owner should invest money on buying the thick mat to withstand the heavy drop from the weights, barbells. And an adult or someone with weightlifter safety should be in standby to monitor those customers or highschooler(thin, skinny bodybuilt) that tried to do weightlifting exercises in wrong and dangerous positions. Accident might happens if they did not adhere the safety protocol.
