A real nice place especially if you're a young professional the staff is really nice too and the trainers customize according to your pace but equally challenging at the same time.

I visited this place for one week just after they opened and took advantage of the promotional opening rates. Most of the time I want a gym with a shower, weightlifting racks, and quality barbells with olympic plates, and for people to leave me alone during the "open gym" period and that's what I got here. The employees were very courteous, the building clean, and the equipment well organized which tells me they value the customer experience. I was asked if I needed assistance before starting my routine, and was not bothered after I started, but the employees were always close to ear-shot should I have requested anything. They seem to offer a wide range of fitness classes, yoga, and even female-exclusive classes for those folks who may not want the unwelcome attention of us man-beasts in the gym. It seems like a nice place to be a member, and if I lived in KK I would be. It is a great value and easily out-competes the other nearby operations on price, as well cleanliness and clientele. Do yourself a favor and check the place out. They do have walk-in rates so take advantage of that and see if it's the right place for you. It is for me when I visit KK.
