Quite good fast food restaurant. Cashier very friendly and polite. Food very nice and tasty. I like the fried chicken and ice cream. Very good. Nice nice.

Fast food restaurant changes their employees fast. The food that new employees served always varies in the sense of portion. And some overweight employees display 'lazy' attitude. They would ignore customer's request, either by acting being 'very busy' or didn't hear the request... It's okay. I carry on with 'self service'. I took their alcohol cleaning detergent and serviettes to sanitized the baby chair by myself. Self service, more happiness, less problem.

This KFC serves one of the most delicious chicken in Sibu. The chicken portion is bigger than the other branches.

The customer service is good here. Also they accept debit card payment...not like other kfc always say offline. Haiyaa
