If I can give anything below one star, I would. Male owner has an attitude problem as if you owe him. Not professional at handling anything at all. Asked him for help sending my pets to Sarawak. No follow up, no reassurance that my pets are well taken care of and everything I need to follow up myself. On top of that, he charge a high fee for it! Would never recommend this shop.
