King's Trioplex

Need to be improved. Especially air cond always no cold enough, lack of online ticketing system. Seat can be comfy abit

The place is ok for short recreational visit. The ticketing system need upgrade. The hall seating accommodation needed to be upgrade as well. Improve snacks and drink section for better experience during movie.

The one and only cinema in Sibu. Cinema is old. Just renovated. Need to improve seating. If have people sit in front would block screen. Overall is okay.

While watching movie in hall 2, at quiet scenes can hear low sound from other nearby hall. Space a little small between rows as my knees easily touched the front chair. Need more improvements when compared to other theaters that I had experienced.

The cinema is good, no issues at all. I'm only curious about the reason why the cinema hall's door guard stared at me when I was having a phone call outside the exit door (the glass door to the car park). They just stood over there, watching me on phone while smoking as if they're having problem with it. Did I violated anything or the staffs were simply didn't taught about privacy and manners by the cineplex management?
