❗WARNING ❗ I have pay full in front of my visit - but this company close without inform me! I don't have become my money back and lose all ! ⚠️WARNING⚠️ (first visit) All staff very friendly, and help when can. Very nice privat beach, wiht super wather for snorkling and wather activitis. Nice pool area, ever fresh towels and free water. The Room (was stay in 708) very clean, good european standart, all waht you need you have, or becomes. The room are very good and big, superb spa, shower seperat, casual bed, and nice view! Breakfirst is very good and best quality. Peacefull place and you can found nature, very quite. When you need a dinner is also fine, but 5star price (soup 50MR , main up to 70MR) and all drinks expensiv like hell. Good is a bit from the monny like go in the eco- project in this island.

Fantastic. Staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. Good range of activities and restaurants offer a wide range of variation so every meal feels special. One chef made us a special lunch on our last day and all the staff waved us good bye from the jetty. Hope to return soon.

Lovely peaceful resort. Staff very friendly and attentive. Only negative is that there is no where to go on the island. Cant go off the hotel apart from doing one of the activities or taxi the speedboat to Borneo.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Service was fantastic, room was nice and we had a relaxing stay. A nice mix of luxury but surrounded by nature and with a nature-based focus for activities which appealed to us. We got a good deal when booking but the costs for meals, cocktails, etc, are not cheap and quickly add up so you need to be mindful of that. The majority of guests here were Chinese families often in large groups, perhaps not used to the same standards of behaviour, as they were at times disruptive to other guests e.g. noisy and smoking by the pool. It would be good if the resort could introduce a kids club to get kids away from the communal areas and/or adults only area as there were a lot more children around than anticipated based on the style of rooms and activities offered. There was also one incident where we walked by the main dining area and a distressed staff member was hysterically yelling at another staff member. I was also surprised and saddened by how much pollution was in the ocean washing up on the island, not the resorts’ fault but it detracted from the atmosphere. Overall a good stay and I would recommend staying here if you want some R&R, like exploring nature and are already visiting Malaysia, Singapore etc but wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here.

Good service and quality meals. Nice environment. But rooms can be far away from main activity area and lobby, and would need to walk. So not convenient for elderly. Room cleanliness and design can be improve. Rooms have many corners that are easily to tripped over.
