They put the wrong item in the discounted shelf. I had to pay for full price for item that supposedly to have 50% discount. The reason? The item is under sale but not the shade that I have chosen. The shade I chose was on the same rack/box and they said maybe some people misplaced the item. Oh my God. Was it my fault? The worst thing was, I can't cancel my purchase because my card was already swiped/charged. They told me, all I can do was to exchange the product of the same price. I don't want another product, I just want to pay the price displayed on the shelf for the product I bought. The most horrible experience ever in Sephora.

One of the least accomodating store I've ever been to. They will only treat you nicely if you look like 'potential customers' , if you don't have the look they will promptly ignore you and proceed to chit chatting. Or they will just point to whatever and look very uninterested when answering your questions. I've been here when I dressed up and when I look like a mess, trust me I saw the difference. I rather shop somewhere else.

Sales assistant are gathering chit chat rather than serving the customers. Do not bother to approach customers despite having eye contact. Terrible services. Rather to walk up & spend in Metrojaya.
