Nice environment, good service though not really cheap. They sell quality organic and toxic free products with no chemicals from Bali and UK. Sign up as a member to get discounts. I am looking for organic products and this is the place to buy them. They make their own mask using the local fruits for your facial treatment. Chavana Spa and Magellan Spa are from the same company but located in different hotels

Very accommodating staffs. Wide variety of massage options. Nice ambiance although can still work on black out curtains or dimmer lights for total relaxation. Music is a little too low. Some massage tables needs replacement, it was too squeeky already and hampers the relaxation.

You can book a massage here without having to stay. The price is about twice as expensive as other places, but there are promotions, so if you use it properly, it is possible at reasonable prices. I had a muscle relaxation massage and it was very good with no pressure. If you like strong pressure, you should go somewhere or ask a masseuse.
