The moment and place was beautiful but I am not happy with some of the staff who check our bag before go in. They are rude and no excuses.

Carribean bay is closed. Arabian bay just on average. At first time when opening our door unit, we can smell moldy room. Swimming pool also at average cleanliness. And not to forget our room doesnt provided with wifi.
