Visited here on Mac 2021. They provided 1 guide for 1 family for a price of RM30. A few activity showed to visitors such as adult elephants taking a bath, elephants introducing themself on a stage, visiting baby elephants that in training, visiting museum gallery, and lastly giving food to baby elephants and adult elephants which you can buy near their cage. Good service from their guide and friendly elephants like to be touched. Recommended to bring kids and families.

Although it seems the elephants are in a much better place than they were, I was under the impression that this was a sanctuary, a place for them to heal. To have space and freedom away from people. People are still crowding around them, riding on their backs and using what they fear the most, the "Bullhook". Just more of the memories they can't forget. The public can learn all about elephants without riding them. When will the elephants get to be elephants? For some, they just went from one job to another. Let them have some kind of natural life.

Great place to learn about elephant conservation program, giving the elephant foods and watch them being bathed. Go and get guided tour if you want to know more in details. Recommended!

A place that u can see most of the elephant is not fancy, not entertaining and always craft for foods but when u know the story of each elephant then u will know how great is this place. They save elephant around Malaysia thus you can't judge this place with only eye, you need to use mouth to ask and use eye to hear thier story.
