Last week, it was also during the CMCO period ..the poslaju delivery person in charge of Pejabat Pos Rejang Park Sibu, Sarawak is very poor, use sms to inform to go there get it also not give the consignment note number until l ask, it very bad and the reason is doesn't deliver it rains today and will not deliver on the next day and many excuses, i have paid the postage why take it by myself, despite this, during office hours phone calls are not answered

At MCO moment all line out outdoor, however the indicator No. Just over one only, we are not be service and ask to take No. Agains by Mdm Chinese.. Highlight= behaviour and attitude are ur mirror

I hopes the managment read the review. 10:30 am on 23rd July 2019, teller 26354LIM treats customer rudely. Did i entered Pos Laju or Kastam Diraja Malaysia’s office? Your employee: teller 26354LIM certainly looked a like trained Kastam officer. Why? Because she has this dissatisfied looking face when i ask few questions like “how long would Cargo delivered vs Air Parcel” and she stamped on the consignment note loudy and rudely with that annoyed looking face. Message to 26354LIM K.C. Lim: Please don’t think too highly of yourself, if you're that "good, you would be sitting in HQ instructing instead of being instructed. Just because i dressed casually does not means that i’m not allowed to use the service.

Very unfriendly service attitude, coupled with the inability to give good advice to customers, government departments are much better than them. You must do your homework before you go, otherwise you will not know if you ask three questions, and you have to "beg them" to receive the goods in a low voice.
