Your employee: teller 26354LIM certainly looked a like trained Kastam officer. Why? Because she has this dissatisfied looking face when i ask few questions like “how long would Cargo delivered vs Air Parcel” and she stamped on the consignment note loudy and rudely with that annoyed looking face. Message to 26354LIM K.C. Lim: Please don’t think too highly of yourself, if you're that "good, you would be sitting in HQ instructing instead of being instructed. Just because i dressed casually does not means that i’m not allowed to use the service.

Very unfriendly service attitude, coupled with the inability to give good advice to customers, government departments are much better than them.
