LEA Centre @ Delta Mall

Been to all Lea Centres and this is the only branch that gave me the worst experience ever. I was there with a male friend this year and the only Chinese female staff there that looks like a mongolian, was arrogant, never smiled, really rude, disrespectful, showing no manners when she spoke with me. Your company should train your employees properly with a heart to serve. The rest of the staff are friendly and helpful except her. Will never shop there again.

Female staff say bad comments when we leave without purchase. We'll, you just don't have what I want. There's no need to treat customers like that.
