Parcel stuck since 20 May never delivered. Same address recipient both arrived on 20 May 202at hub but one delivered on 26th May one never delivered until today 1st June 2020. Phone number forever ringing nobody pick up. Customer service only know to answer not enough manpower. Email only reply you with case number non responsive. Super lousy service!!!

Very poor the services and always call no pick up the phone... also in front counter call in the staff pick up the phone and hang on table!!!! this is what we called bad services.

Shipment out for delivery...never arrive... second day (shipment overload)...next day shipment out for delivery..still never arrive...
