I am working in Singapore and I ordered bouquet and soft toy. I had some confusion on the colour I ordered. Ms Tracy gave me wonderful service where she consistently updating on the colours of the flower and she was all the was updating me until the bouquet was delivered. Not only that she send me the photo once the gift was delivered. Pure Seed service is superb. I have sent gifts and bouquets using other company services but Pure Seed is the best so far I came across. I am really very very happy with Ms Tracy's service. Thank you so much. I will definitely use your services in future

I am so glad that I am introduced to Pure Seed. Their customer service is certainly a level above the rest. They've never failed to check against any information that is vague and they've also never failed to attend to any special request (especially on an urgent delivery request). Exceptional service!

Very good service and very efficient. They send you an update before delivery and after delivery. Flower were nicely wrapped and as per picture shown. Highly recommended and I will buy from them again in the future for sure.
