Hi there, I really love the product quality and the service rendered by your team. I would like to highlight the delivery services done by your runner. He was absolutely wonderful and friendly to the recipient, which was really unexpected. He really ensure that my friend received the bouquet and even wished her as well. Blooming service was first class, they kept me informed on the delivery status. Initially I had issues with payment however their Admin contacted and provided support over the phone to complete the transaction. Blooming is always my go to for any flower delivery services and content with their flower options. Excellent customer service.

Unlike some other ‘international florist’ with offices around the globe except Asia, Blooming Florist did not let us down. They are quick in responding to our enquires, offer reasonably priced pretty flowers (in the same pot shown in their website) and deliver promptly. We will certainly order from this trustworthy company again for their quality products and their helpful and friendly service! Special thanks to Angie for her time and assistance!

I ordered a cake for my mum's birthday and chose the Express Delivery within 2 hours. The cake was promptly delivered, and my mum had a lovely surprise. The delivery man also took a photo of my mum receiving the cake (as proof of delivery) which was nice and systematic too! Thank you Blooming for a job well done!

This is my first experience ordering a hamper to be delivered to KL from Australia. I am very much impressed by a staff Jaslin who is so professional and persistent to get the payment through despite all mode of payments were unsuccessful. She even get her boss, Ms Tan to call me to assure me the payment is safe. Well done team. The delievery was done efficiently the following day. A very happy client and will use them whenever I need online delivery. :)
