Fully enjoyed to my family

Celebrate my birthday here with my friends during Merdeka. I was totally had a blast. Taaras staff was so friendly and they even surprised me with simple celebration & complementary cake. A night to remember indeed. On the other note, I just love the white sandy beach here & the breakfast also not bad. Will definitely come back soon with my family. Thanks Taaras team. You are incredible and deserve full recognition from local & international tourists.

Hands down the best beach in Peninsular Malaysia! The waters are clearer than some swimming pools on a good sunny day and the beach is as clean and white as it can be. Service was good too. Smiley faces all around. We wanted an upgrade of room and the staff volunteered to show us the rooms before we made our decision (eventually went for the Garden chalets which are closer to the beach). Plus points to Fatimah for being so kind. Food was a bit meh at the Asian resto but we loved the butter chicken and naan at the Beach Brasserie. The managers there were friendly and warm. Breakfast buffet variety was good. In terms of activity, would recommend renting the paddle board/ kayak and head to the next island, which is just as beautiful. Also take advantage of the free morning 30-min hike to Eagle rock, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the islands around. Overall, really enjoyed our stay at Taaras. Would strongly consider an annual ‘pilgrimage’ back. 😄
