I was able to communicate with Catherine by whatsapp and the transaction was efficiently arranged and picked up. When I was there, a senior male staff was scolding a junior female staff for some shortcoming. That was bad grace. He could have waited 5 minutes for me to leave, or conduct it in the back office. According to the owners, the hours are 12 noon to 10 pm. The phone number shown here is out of service.

Good wine place!Friendly staff and good price

Pretty handy place to find in Penang. They don’t have a HUGE range, but what there is seems pretty decent and it is priced as fairly as you will get in this country. No wines by the glass - they appear to be strictly retail and wholesale by the bottle. Service was friendly enough and competent as well. Recommended.
