Look a bit old internally but staffs are helpful enough. That's what matters when you deal with government agencies. Anyway, could improve on placing posters around to guide visitors like us.

The altitude of staff over there is like typical "government servant", the staff was sleeping/taking nap during working hours when I arrived. Maybe it's due to comfortable environment, air-con, tv. Need to wake them up and their altitude is pretty terrible. The working style is very unprofessional and looks like retired people. Negative five stars review for this department.

Good service. Parking is still manageable . Ask the guards for directions if lost
