I highly recommend this place. We got a great little car to get around and drove to Port Dickson without an issue and great AC. They were fast and simple to work with and had great communication. For a small fee they both dropped the car off at our hotel and picked it up. Thanks again for the great service!

I was needing to rent a car that I can pick from KL, and drop off in Penang, without having a credit card.. "I know, who doesn't have a credit card nowadays! But my family doesn't believe in anything plastic besides debit cards!" So it was difficult to find a car rental service that offers drop of in a second location without having a credit card. ARA car rental however was SUPER flexible! They accepted cash from me, and there price was very competitive compared to other companies. The procedure and the drop off and pickup are very fast, timely, and smooth. However, to top all that up, while I requested and paid the rental fair (6 days) for a Perodua Alza, I got a free upgrade and got a Toyota Innova which should have almost double the Alza rental rate at NO EXTRA CHARGE! While I was lucky that the Alza wasn't available for my rental because the person who rented the car before me extended his rental period, I am very happy that the whole situation was very effortless and smooth, and the overall experience was very pleasant and easy. ARA car rental is honestly an excellent, if not the best choice, for renting cars in Malaysia in my opinion. Thank you ARA for such a great experience! I appreciate it. Ahmad

For me I'm really particular on the car condition. Rented few times and cars are all tip top condition, 24 hrs support service nationwide. Never look for others again.
