Very easy and friendly to rent the car here. Strongly recommended to book online before you arrival. Cars are not so new but in perfect condition. Economical rates with best cars. Difficult to approach to the counter. One thing is very Friendly staff. Even they provided me Toll plaza card as a compliment and they even send me to terminal 2 airport.

It’s a really good experience to rent car here, the car is in good condition. Sevice are really nice, people working here is friendly especially Sugu, he really informative staff. If we can come here we will still use this rental company.

Their office is located at KLIA2 which is a different terminal from most international flights incl. AirAsia - that viable information was somehow hidden by the company during/after online booking with full prepayment. That has left me no other choice than to manually seek for their office, hire a taxi driver to a different terminal just to find them out (no signs, no lists, nothing) by the "word of mouth" - asking each and every Airport official I could find - not many knew until I was told to get a taxi and try to search in a different Terminal! Consider that this was after a long international flight around 2200 local time and all offices were closing at the time, and I have prepaid several DAYS during my intended stay in KL. When arrived in different terminal, same story - no signs, no logos, no lists, no directions, nobody knew where SIXT office was. After a dozen of random strangers whom I asked and an hour RUNNING all over the place, I could locate their office hidden somewhere in a parking zone. The car was ok, but the experience was completely, totally ruined. Something that should have saved me time, nerves and health turned out to be a disaster. And that is before the toll road which didn't accept bank cards for payment... PS Mind you, that the road from airport to the city is a toll road, which is perfectly fine, except that they do not accept bank cards (VISA/MasterCard) and you have to have local MYR cash in order to pay for it; so I was detained there with the car until I could persuade to be given a written liability note that I will pay cash as soon as I enter KL and find an ATM. I wish I was informed by the SIXT personnel about that IN ADVANCE prior to taking the car. If you are reading this, there is only one chance to get cash after Airport - it is in the McDonalds right before the Toll check point; mind you, it is a one way highway without any physical possibility for a U-turn and/or driveway backwards, e.g. a dead-end if you have no MYR CASH and will have to WALK 15 km or so each way to get MYR cash. Up to date country which refuses to accept Bank cards for payment on their toll roads? OK. After the above experience I am literally avoiding anything and everything that says "SIXT" on it. Such a shame.
