Been getting my car petrol from Shell ever since I can drive. The staff standard of service has improved quite a lot compared to previously. Now they are more helpful, responsive and courteous by their greetings and saying 'Thank you'. Their 'mini market' concept where drinks and refreshments are also available is a welcome move for a short stopover.
