Come here 1st time tht dy. Can do CTC ( Certified true copy) and translation on ur important document. Recommended to come here early in the morning instesd of evening, if u wnt to come here to settle some of importnt documents. Sop rule quite ok, only one person allow to go in during this pandemic if you anything to do. Companion wait outside. I go in, the securitu guard show me the wy ref, refer me to the counter service people. This one women, call out for this Mr. R**** to assist me. This Mr R** was so defensive and his communication skill was not friendly and the character was quite strong. He keep on asking me where is the docs, i hold lot of docs, and i give the docs immediately. He say tranalation took 2 days to comolete, i was so suprised. I did it before, it tke 30 mins like tht dohh to complete. Hes askin foe my nme ans hp num. Call me up when it complete I go out then return back cos i got other docs to be CTC too. Then ask help from the other counterady, they wnt to helo me. Very friendly. Refer me to this another women, very nice. He do my docs translation immediately, then refer me to a lwayer for ctc. Got photostat counter at library upstair. Sadly, pay thing via machine. Mke sure got duit pecah or small note. I was in rush, scrifice some big moneý at the payment machine, non refundable. Got another staff help me too. Friendly and helpful guy compared to this Mr. R *** very rude and defensive. So translation service rm70, give 2 copy. Ctc rm1 per pge. Staff majoriry are helpful and professional except for this one guy name Mr. R***. PLEASE NOTED THAT trabslation can be done wthin 20 min, be careful if they say it took days. Say you need it asap.
