First expectation is good service, friendly owner, and have good communication with customer. About the service for cleaning a picture of mine, and i like it so much. For easy scanning machine only take 10min-30min depending how many pictures. By the way they also have service for cleaning the old film, which is not every photo shop have it, maybe the process is little bit hard. But it takes time about two days for cleaning 35pieces of my picture. Lastly when i collect the photo album, and see the picture look clear and nice. I definitely will come again.
