Thank you so much to Patches's taukenio and staff for taking a really good care of Mia & Dara during their 3 months stay and also for the free grooming. Also, thanks for good explanation on cat's food. Mia really like the new food that you suggested which is Matisse Salmon & Tuna. p/s : Sorry if my Dara is a bit fierce.

THE WORST PET SHOP SERVICE AND RUDE EVER!! Maybe because it is attitude, and they really don't care about customers. The Patches And Friends Pet shop location on Metrocity, doesn't even deserve one star! Used to like the place because it was the Pet store but noticed that they always have different people working there. They obviously can't hold on to good people and i heard they didn't paid that salary according. I found out that boarding area unhygienic for pets because my pets always get flee and vomiting.

First time sending my cat here for grooming. Thank you for the good service and my cat smells really good after using the fleas shampoo. Will come again soon !!

I was a new customer to the shop, been there like 3 times this month, buying & asking about which dry food were best & suitable for my kitten/cats. I didn’t know a caption “Goods sold are not refundable” were printed in the receipt. Not many shops have that as their rules. So today i mistakenly bought 4 packets of Royal Canin (for hair & skin care) dry food costing RM23.90 each instead of Royal Canin kitten with the same price. I only realised i did the mistake when i reached home & quickly brought the receipt & food back to the store in the hope tht they could replace the wrong food items with the correct ones. Once i reached the store, the shopkeeper told me of their rules. I think they should be more lenient with their rules & look at the situation case to case. For my case i think they should replaced the items as 1. I have not opened the food yet 2. It were returned the same day 3. There were no price difference. Even if there were..we customer always at the losing end cos we either top up the price or buy something extra to avoid the shop from refunding us the cash. I know it’s their right to do whatever they want cos it’s their shop but because of this strict rule, they could lose customer in the long run. I definitely will not be going back to the shop. It’s such a shame cos i started to like the range of cat food available there. Guess i have to find a new shop now.
