Sorry to say the service is very bad. I dont think they know anything about customer service. Need to wait for long hours before getting the hair cut. And the worst part is they even allow their 'so call' regular customer to cut queue. From my observation I guest the barber is just the employee and not the owner and they never care less about their owner business. Very frustrated and will never come again. Hope the owner will read this. If there is half star rating I will give that to this barber shop.

Saw the rating, so i came straight from the airport to give it a try. My experience? Here goes: 1. Called before i came, arrived only to be left waiting for 1 hour before my turn. Nobody bothered to say anything. Not even a single hi. Semua berlagak superstar. Maybe perasan dah sama level dengan Ardy Damis 2. One of the customers completed his haircut, and the barber lepak for a while, borak in local dialect, then chow to god knows where. Nobody bothered to ask whether i was there to get a haircut. NONE, NADA. Maybe because it was too obvious i am an outsider. “Nak kena jadi oghe kelate dulu baru ada orang nak layan ke boh???” 3. One of the barbers was soooo busy handling his buddy’s hair, i swear to god it took him around 20 minutes just to apply the hair cream and comb his hair. It was like gila babi ini artist hollywood ke wei??? Malam malam sikat rambut nak rak. WOW SUPERSTAR (u guys should have seen his face gila rasa style habis) 4. After that particular barber finished i asked him, “boleh potong ke boss”. “Tak boleh, sebab ada customer”. He then went outside and lepak smoking until i left. Bloody MF 5. One of the other barber (after lepak for around 10 minutes) finally offered “nak potong rambut ke boss?” Kau ingat aku datang nak beli sayor ke? Just finished driving for about 2 hours from KB to my destination. My main reason for getting a haircut there: ‘Kalu-kalu mari KB tu, support-support lah bisnes orang kita. Kalau kita tak support, siapa lagi?” Said several good friends. Verdict: RUBBISH, SAMPAH, BLOODY WASTE OF TIME Note to the owner: All the best WITH YOUR BUNCH OF WANNABE STAFF
