We booked a car to take us from a hotel in Malacca to one in Singapore. The drive in total, including customs check, took about 3.5 hours. The drive was very smooth. The driver nice & professional. As the company assured us, we did not have to step out of the car for passport checks. Neither did we have to take out our luggage for checks. Everything went well. We are very happy with the service and will gladly recommend it to others.
