OYO 44098 Sutera Inn Prima

Place is a comfortable stay and value for money. Only thing is the free water supplied has one kind of taste not to my liking. Used booking.com app to booked a room.

Everything is okay.. apparently i cant feel the aircond. The room kinda hot. We took the family one. I hope they will service all the aircond cause its going to be raya soon. Hope when i am back again it will be more better.

Its a OK.. but a lot need to improve.. i would like to say, not so bad.. customer service & services also good, the hotel food was great..

Terrible staying experience !!! Their bed & linen have obvious dirt and yellow mark. Aircon is old , and doesn't function well. Don't have shampoo or body shampoo , and hair dryer. All the furniture looks old and full of dust

Old hotel, but clean, friendly staff, rooms bigger then expected, water pressure and temperature very good. Overall very good value for the momey
