The girl worker was not really friendly. Ordered a nescafe ice which was really2 sweet...like diabetic sweet! So i asked for few extra ice cubes, she said I have to pay extra! Seriously, this is Kelantan, people don't charge extra for ice cubes.

There is one lady working here whom I believe does not fit to be here. Two times already, when arrived there and she was kind of busy, I was standing there in front of the counter to order something. She just kept herself busy without asking or greeting/informing me of anything or in other words, she just purely acted ignorant. So, I said, 'can I have a coffee?', just to strike a conversation so that she knew about my intention. No reaction or anything from her!! I only expected to hear, OK, please wait for a minute or so!!! Or I will be back with you!!

Bad service. Workers seem like don’t wanna work. Frequently come but still no improvement regarding to worker service. Hope there will be an improvement ok, bcs it is the only coco cafe in Kelantan

A small cafe at the end of the mall. Teatime coffee and toast set 3.50RM. When you asked me to add no sugar or milk to the coffee, I made it properly.
