Sushi King @KB Mall

I could say that food at outlet here is ok. At least salmon which I like is always available here. Environment is also cool, clean and neat. But, I think that they might need to hire more staffs. Always need to wait for quite some time to place my order.

Food was fine, but not up to standard I think compare to other Sushi King outlets. Unfortunately the service is outrageously poor. Extremely slow service, lack of social-interpersonal skill by staff. Only 2 staff to cater the whole dining/take away customer on Bonanza Day!! Are you kidding me?? Long que & long waiting period outside the restaurant despite having empty tables, limited choices of sushi on kaiten belt; AND additional order cannot be fulfilled🤦🏼‍♂️ I’ve been to several Sushi King outlets in various state, so far Sushi King KB mall is the worst outlet I’ve ever encountered.

The place for sushi plate moving is very dirty and so dusty never wipe. Under the light can see so much dust on the stainless steel. The staffs not entertaining customer when asked for help. Lousy service. Won't be coming any more.

I had a nice lunch date here with my 11 yo son today.. he's happy so Papa pn happy.. came around 12pm++ before lunch hour.. not crowded so great place & time to have peaceful date with my son.. eventhough had a bad experience bcoz of bad internet coverage causing order & payment system problem.. but overall okla.. at least customer service can make up for that bad experience.. P/s: Order ice cream macha flavor.. kene..

Good taste for sushi n udon but not for the service. I think this branch should be audit from the hq. Sushi king is one of my fav restaurant. But this branch always give a bad services. Late serve, ordered menu but staff not key in. Staff no curtesy to say sorry. So 5 star for food, but 2 star for staff n service.
