A good idea, bad execution. A very nicely designed studio apartments units with a services apartment concept in the heart of kubang kerian. But lack of maintenance on its facilities. Cleanliness is as bad as well. Dirty corridor, dirty pools, and wait till you drive a 7 seater SUV, manoeuvrings the parking lots without scrapes in you bumper. Overall, please avoid

Excellent. Nice place and just walking distance to HUSM and less than 5km to kb town. Surround with so much facilities in kubang kerian. Very recommend !
