The resort has high potential to grow. Anyway the facilities was poorly maintain when we were there recently. We were there few times before. The recent one the staff forgot to inform us (when made reservation) that they have fishing competition at nite (the day we checked in). The place was opened to public for the event. It was so crowded with people fishing at our room's verandah that facing a river. It was really disaster as our original plan to have peaceful weekend escape.
Nice and awesome place for river cruise and there are a lot of activities for tourist...
The time we came, there is a water disruption. And management was not keen enough to solve the problems efficiently. We have to take save the water and take baths with minimum usage of water.
A very bad holiday experience!!!! Indeed a very bad resort. we went there because some of our friends suggested to go there. Awful place. Rude staff and i guess the owner or manager scolding their staff in front of the guest. Food is disgusting and Super unorganized staff. I do not recommend to anyone. worst place in KB.
